Somewhere along the road from childhood to adulthood, we tend to lose our creative spark.
My work is a simple invitation to rediscover your creative awesomeness.
Who I am
I am an artist who believes in the power of creativity and its effects on mental health.
My journey through publishing, advertising, art, and managing a household as a mother of four has profoundly shaped my pursuits.
What I do
I have authored and composed two workbooks, Coffee Break Creativity Grande, and Project 52.
I produce and facilitate creativity workshops.
As a guest speaker for gatherings, small parties, or retreats, I guide attendees through fun and simple creative exercises while facilitating discussions.
A few of my clients (most not mentioned are small groups in need of a creative jumpstart)
Professional Stats: BFA Pan American University (now the University of Texas-Pan American). Over 30 years of experience in visual arts, design, and publishing.
Fun Stats: Most days begin with coffee, chats with my hubby, and my morning exercise routine. I enjoy music, travel, excellent wine, spy-themed movies, and a good laugh. One of my hobbies is creating in my notebook. Sharing that with others is how I find meaning and purpose in what I do.
